Job Description:
The Distribution Center Department Supervisor position will lead an hourly team of about 25
employees to do the fast paced work required to run the distribution center as efficiently, safely and productively as possible. They will ensure orders are selected, packaged, loaded, and dispatched safely, timely, efficiently and economically, and that proper records are maintained. This role will handle management responsibilities for the team members under his/her supervision. This role is responsible for ensuring prompt, efficient and accurate handling of merchandise as well as developing and implementing team goals. This role is responsible for hiring, evaluation, development, discipline, coaching, and termination of associates.

Responsibilities:
Identify and coordinate daily activities of hourly associates. Ensure performance plans are set, maintained, and continuously improved; generate creative solutions to identify improvements in processes. Drive personal growth and development by leveraging tools, resources, and relationships with other leaders. Maintain level of service requirements throughout the process, from our vendors to our distribution center to our stores. Manage a safe workplace by advocating safety training and accident preparedness. Supervise, direct, train and develop direct reports.

Full time, direct hire opportunity - 2nd shift - competitive compensation
benefits Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
