Bilingual Administrative Assistant Wanted

OFFICE ASSISTANT /
Primary Responsibilities
-Answer and make phone calls to prospective and existing buyers, sellers and tenants
-Organize and post ads for the current inventory of properties
-Coordinate marketing efforts to attract motivated sellers of properties
-Prepare and distribute letters, emails and faxes to prospects and existing tenants
-Keep the filling system for all properties
-Assist in scheduling and showing of all properties
-Assist with on site marketing efforts for all properties
-Coordinate repairs and contractors for all properties
-Perform other office work as necessary
-Assist with Rent collections and help post payments:

Job Qualifications
-Bilingual (fluent in both English and Spanish) - written and verbal required
-Ability to follow written manuals and implement and/or document systems
-Phone communication skills
-Organization and time management skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic internet applications .
Some accounting experience is preferred
-Must have dependable vehicle
Previous experience as an assistant or administrative help required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
