DUTIES & Responsibilities:

Clean grease and dirt from product, using materials, such as lacquer thinner, turpentine, soap, and water.
Perform preparation work prior to painting such as grinding, sanding, applying masking tape over parts and areas that are not to be coated, if necessary.
Train in set up and operate machinery to coat products or materials with paint, lacquer, shellac or rustproofing agents.
Mix paints and solutions according to specifications.
Move painted items to drying racks using overhead cranes, forklift, etc.
Able to sandblast so rust and old paint from is removed from equipment.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
