Contract Recruiter - Katy, TX - Contract
Frontline Source Group - temporary staffing and direct hire firm - is offering an excellent opportunity to join the team of one of our top Katy, TX clients.
The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for staffing a call center for the holidays. The goal is to hire approx 200 temps. The assignment will last through the end of November and possible mid December depending on the business need. The Recruiter will also assist with other Recruiting needs here at Corporate.
Duties:
Review applicant resumes in Taleo
Conduct phone screens
Schedule phone interview with Customer Care supervisor (for those that pass phone screen)
Schedule 2nd interview on site with supervisor (for those that pass supervisor phone interview)
Extend verbal offer, create offer letter and begin background check process
Attend weekly business need updates for contact center as needed
Track candidates on an Excel spreadsheet
Requirements:
2
years of experience in a similar role.
High School diploma
Must be able to communicate with a variety of hiring managers.
Experience recruiting customer service professionals is ideal.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
High attention to detail.
Taleo experience is a plus.
