BUSINESS MANAGER- Unlimited Petroleum Consulting, Inc. seeks Business
Manager to advise Pres. on financial objectives concerning the co.s ops;maintain current knowledge of org. policies and procedures, fed./state policies and directives, and current acct. stds.; direct acct. dept. in prep. of fin. statements, reports, budgets, or reports req. by regulatory agencies; review reporting for internal acct., billing, collections, payroll, and budgeting activities; evaluate needs for procurement of funds and investment of surpluses,make appropriate recommendations to Pres.; monitor fin. activities and details conducted by sales and acct. depts., ensure legal and regulatory reqs. are met; analyze fin. details of logistics and sales ops. to identify development opportunities within co.s depts. and areas where improvement needed; develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures to be followed by dept. mgrs.; coordinate/direct fin. planning, budgeting, procurement, or investment
