- Perform night audit procedures to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and balance revenue - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Run necessary reports and complete end-of-day activities - Ensure the security of the property by monitoring surveillance cameras and performing regular rounds - Assist with front desk duties as needed, including answering phone calls, making reservations, and providing general information to guests - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements:
