Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at our front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls using proper phone etiquette - Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling appointments - Provide information about services to potential and current clients - Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly - Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory management -Collect payments and coordinate future appointments -Assist with social media and office marketing events and activities Requirements:
