Will go above and beyond for every customer Be kind, compassionate, and empathetic during all conversations and interactions Have excellent typing, grammar & computer skills Have the ability to multi-task while keeping a calm demeanor Greet and handle all incoming clients and calls Will have prior front desk experience in a veterinary and/or medical setting - at least 1 year working in reception Flexible schedule, able to work nights, weekends and holidays if needed Is ethical, punctual & has excellent time management Bonus points if familiar with Avimark Our Values:
