Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering in related field 3
years of Project instrumentation & control engineering experience. Must be eligible to work in USA without sponsorship. Exposure to design/engineering and order execution in a custom engineered oil & gas machinery/product packaging environment. Exposure to chemical and/or process equipment packages. Exposure to standards such as ISA, NEC. Proficient in Microsoft office suite of products, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft project and SAP. Read and write in English language. Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus, but not essential. Essential Job
Responsibilities:
Development of the I&C engineering systems for the projects, including completion of P&IDs, specification and sizing of field instruments, develop control philosophy, control panel specifications and other instrument documents necessary for the completion of each project. Ensure the instrument & controls engineering meets all work scope included in NEA USA contract. Review of customer provided project specifications. Coordinate with fellow project mechanical engineers/CAD designers and ensure integration of Instrument & control requirements per scope involved in each project such as in P & I drawings, electrical block diagrams etc. Prepare all required instrumentation and control documentation per document delivery deadlines for each project. Follow direction and scheduling priorities given by I&C Manager. Engage with customers for technical clarification as required. Engage with NEA factories and suppliers for selection of accessory components as applicable to Instrumentation & Control. Engage with electrolyzer business unit on selection of accessory components as applicable to Instrumentation & Control. Participate in internal and external kick-off meetings, engineering meetings and other meetings with customers, when deemed necessary by the customer or by I&C Manager. Participate in factory acceptance tests. Perform onsite inspections at fabrication shops and job site. Travel to jobsites when necessary to help and trouble shoot NEA delivered packages and equipments. Support sales and inside sales activities with specification reviews. PLC programming knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory. Prior compressor or electrolyzer package engineering experience is a plus. Engineering Documentation/Project Management
Responsibilities:
Be self-sufficient to create project specific custom engineering documentation (instrument list, data sheets, C&E, loop diagrams, Hook-ups, control system narratives, JB drawings, instrument rack design, electrical block diagrams) etc., Populate MS excel sheets provided by customer to satisfy documentation scope requirements. Populate MS Excel/MS word customer data sheets to satisfy engineering requirements. Interface with logistics, procurement, and other engineering disciplines including NEA GROUP companies/factories to support project needs. Interface with Project Operations team in bi-weekly project schedule and budget update meetings. Review and approve content and documentation in final installation and operation manual. Procurement

Apply NEA engineering standards for inquiring all instrumentation & controls equipment. Create and release BOM line item/request for quotation in SAP for equipment listed in A) above. Create bid tabulations from quotes received from sub-suppliers and make purchase recommendations. Compensation &
