Responsibilities:
1.
Attending all the phone calls and scheduling new patient and existing patient appointments.
2.
Calling and sending text reminder messages to past due patients to schedule next dental cleaning appointments.
3.
Calling existing patient to schedule and confirm their appointments.
4.
Scanning patient information into the patient management software and maintaining updated reports.
5.
Making outbound calls for hygiene appointments and confirmation appointments scheduled.
6.
Auditing patient schedule for past due dental cleaning and help patients schedule their cleaning appointment.
7.
Perform the prescreening of the patients over the phone.
Competency Required (Must Have):
1.
Availability to work 8-to-9-hour days as per the above schedule.
2.
Prior experience in sales, must have attention to details to succeed in this position.
3.
Experience in sales is a must.
4.
Basic computer skills to be able to learn and operate patient management software.
We will train for the software we are using.
Full-time applicants must be willing to work Saturdays along with 4 weekdays.
