Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise displays - Demonstrate product features and benefits through product demos - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Assist with inventory management and restocking Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and effectively manage inventory - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide product information - Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and calculating discounts or change - Time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient operations - Sales experience preferred, but not required - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by customers in the area Note:
Previous experience in jewelry sales or retail sales is a plus, but not required.
Training will be provided to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
