Duties - Assist with patient intake, including obtaining vital signs and medical history - Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies - Assist healthcare providers with procedures and treatments as directed - Update and maintain electronic medical records accurately and confidentially - Schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and handle patient inquiries Skills -Use of Electronic Medical Record.
We use e-Clinical Works.
Prior knowledge of this system is not required.
- Excellent patient service skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care - Strong knowledge of medical terminology - Ability to accurately measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature This position requires a Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program.
Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.
