50 an hour 2 hours ago 2 hours ago 2 hours ago Katy Psychological Services, PLLC is seeking a part-time receptionist (with opportunity to move to full-time) to help with front office duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting psychologists with setting up testing materials, and bookkeeping.
This is currently a support position with an opportunity for advancement to move to full-time depending on performance in the supportive role.
MUST be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and multi-task very efficiently including handling two phone lines during busy times.
The receptionist/clerical position assists our lead receptionist with administrative duties to help the office run smoothly.
Must have experience with Excel.
Prior experience with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and knowledge of HIPAA is a plus.
Applicants who are interested in psychology as a career especially encouraged to apply, or those with prior administrative experience in a medical office setting.
Bilingual applicants strongly preferred.
Pay rate for the support receptionist role is $15 per hour, ($15.
50 bilingual-Spanish).
The preferred hours are MON-THURS 9-3, and Fridays 10:
00am-2:
00pm.
There is some very slight flexibility in these start/end, but must be available M-F.
If interested in moving to full-time, the hours are Mon-Fri 7:
45 to 4:
30.
