The General Manager has the highest level of authority within the store, and is responsible for the overall management of his/her location.
The General Manager is the foremost decision-maker in regard to every aspect of the store's operation.
The GM leads the overall store operation including responsibility for sales, operations, customer service, retention, human resources, recruiting and training, profit and loss, inventory, and expense management.
Executive responsibilities including providing leadership for the store in the following areas:
Staff development, supervision of overall operations to ensure execution of best practices, communication, analysis of business operations, expense management, and general management of the location and all personnel.
Required
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred 3-5 Years Senior Management experience Associates degree or higher preferred Operational experience in a small business environment preferred A demonstration of professional accomplishments through results-driven behavior and team development abilities Efficient planning and organizational skills Ability to recognize and understand available resources and utilize them to meet and exceed the store's sales plan and client retention goals.

Responsibilities:
Leads and directs the Management team, Supervisors, and all staff in the following areas:
Customer Satisfaction:
Accountable for results of Customer Service feedback results Leads/directs management in setting standards for customer issue resolution.
Supervises personnel to drive productivity through operational best practices Communicates operational and sales strategy to business owner through regular meetings Overall responsibility for managing store payroll projections, productivity, and controllable expenses in relation to sales trends Overall responsibility for staffing, scheduling, and staff availability to ensure schedules match the workload Reviews business summary for sales opportunities Oversees and audits the sales process to ensure sales goals are achieved Oversees the win back and outside sales efforts Partners with business owner to assess and monitor marketing campaigns as they relate to delivering sales leads to the inside sales teams.
Leads the management team in retaining quality staff Facilitates annual review process Manages the hiring and interviewing process to maintain the proper staffing levels to match the workload Manages all staff files to company policy/legal requirements Communicates ethical standards to ensure company policies are followed Leads store meetings as directed and ensures action plans are devised and achieved as needed Drives positive reinforcement and motivation to all staff Manages the delivery of new hire, safety, and recurring training programs to staff Develops and coaches the Management team to promotable levels and/or larger areas of responsibility Oversees all supply ordering and inventory Partners with business owner to oversee equipment repairs Oversees dispatching and maintenance of company vehicles in accordance with company policies Planning workload, setting goals, and communicating goals to staff as the business expands Oversees stores daily cash flows, deposit, and completion of work orders Job Type:
