gl/maps/vanupTAEXBwTCtnQ7 What? Discipline Assistant (Hourly) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides support to Dean of Students/Assistant Principal in student discipline.
Prepares all correspondence including letters, memorandums, agendas, reports, minutes, and other documents.
Maintains calendar and schedules appointments as needed.
Make and answers related calls, records messages, and re-directs inquiries to the appropriate individual.
Maintains office filing system.
Copies, faxes, and files correspondence as requested.
Assists with related data input.
Communicates with parents and key stakeholders as directed by the Dean of Students/Assistant Principal.
Takes and transcribes dictation.
Supervises the in school suspension room when students assigned.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
