5 days a week 8:
30am-5:
30pm Monday - Thursday and 8:
30 - 4:
30 Fridays.
The Opportunity The Receptionist is a position that offers a welcoming face to all clients at our counseling center.
The receptionist is responsible for delivering superior customer service to clients and therapists.
Receptionists assist clients in scheduling and support office functions.
Key Responsibilities Welcome and help all clients in a warm and inviting manner Answer phone calls, check voicemail, take messages, emailing counselors, and schedule clients.
Ability to multitask with answering phones and making appointments.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area Skills and
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Secretarial experience recommended; job-related experience (Preferred) Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication and time management skills; juggle multiple priorities with great attention to detail, and deliver consistent and timely results Sense of humility, customer service mindset, and shows urgency and the ability to proactively solve problems and make decisions quickly Team player with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management and relationship building skills Ability to be calm under pressure, especially when a difficult conversation occurs.
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Desire to continuously learn and increase effectiveness as a professional Job Types:
